Siddiq Gifts wants you to be pleased with your purchase, and so if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, Siddiq Gifts will refund your purchase within fourteen (14) days of delivery of your purchased Products.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Customers can return/exchange the items under the following conditions within 14 days from the date of purchase.
No Return & exchange will be provided for the following:
- Promotion items & Clearance sale items.
- Open Packages, Seal broken, product is incomplete, damaged or scratched, Tampered & partially used items.
Exemptions for exchange or refund is subjected for those products, which are found defective within 7 days.
Terms & Conditions:
- Product must be returned to the branch.
- Product should be accompanied with original sales invoice.
- Product must be returned unused with original packaging (undamaged and in saleable condition)
- Return voucher will be issued only if the product is found defective within 7 days for electronics, electrical, home appliances items from the date of Purchase.
- No refund will be given for any payment made by way of gift voucher or exchange voucher.
- Refund will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed withing 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of credit card.
- All correctly returned Products will be refunded to the original purchaser as credit to the relevant credit/debit card or bank account used for the transaction after deducting the applicable bank charges (if any). If you think that we have provided you with an incorrect refund, please contact us immediately on firstname.lastname@example.org .
- Please note card refunds may take up to thirty (30) business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and Siddiq Gifts shall not be liable for any delays in refund by card companies. Siddiq Gifts offers no guarantees whatsoever for the accuracy or timeliness of the refunds reaching the Customers card/bank accounts. This is on account of the multiplicity of Siddiq Gifts involved in processing of online transactions, the problems with Internet infrastructure currently available and working days/holidays of financial institutions.
