2. Free Returns & Exchanges

That’s why Siddiq offers a hassle-free Free Return and Free Exchange policy.

  • Policy Period: You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition of Items: To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.

  • Zero Cost: We bear the shipping costs for both returns and exchanges, ensuring a risk-free experience for our customers.

Damaged/Defective Items: 

We accept free returns for any products that arrive damaged or defective.

Other Reasons: 

For returns due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refund Process: 

100% of the product value will be refunded once the item reaches our warehouse.


3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

If you wish to return or exchange a product, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team via Email Address or WhatsApp 

  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return/exchange.

  3. Our courier partner will contact you to schedule a pickup at no extra charge.


4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refund Method: The amount will be refunded to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card) 

  • Processing Time: Please allow [7-10] business days for the refund to reflect in your account.


5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
