Condition of Items: To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.

Zero Cost: We bear the shipping costs for both returns and exchanges, ensuring a risk-free experience for our customers.
Damaged/Defective Items:
We accept free returns for any products that arrive damaged or defective.
Other Reasons:
For returns due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refund Process:
100% of the product value will be refunded once the item reaches our warehouse.
